Common Questions
If your question is not listed, send the drawing and our team will reply directly.
What files should I send for a quotation?+
A 3D STEP, IGES or X_T file plus a controlled 2D PDF is ideal. Include material, finish, quantity, annual demand, critical tolerances and target date.
Can you support prototypes and low quantities?+
Yes. We routinely support prototypes and bridge quantities, then adjust tooling and inspection planning as the program moves toward repeat production.
What materials can you process?+
Common materials include carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and selected engineering plastics. Application-specific grades can be reviewed.
How do you manage quality documentation?+
Depending on the project, deliverables can include material certificates, dimensional reports, first-article records, coating reports, samples and lot traceability.
Do you provide OEM or private-label service?+
Yes. Drawing-based OEM components, adapted designs, packaging and documentation can be managed under agreed confidentiality requirements.
What is the typical quotation lead time?+
Standard drawing inquiries are usually reviewed within 24–48 hours. Complex tooling, special materials or multi-process assemblies may require additional review.
Can you arrange finishing and assembly?+
Yes. Plating, anodizing, passivation, painting, heat treatment, sourced hardware, sub-assembly, testing and export packaging can be coordinated.
How are international shipments handled?+
Parts are protected, labeled and packed around their finish and transport risk. Commercial documents and shipment milestones are coordinated with the buyer or nominated forwarder.
